1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and betum ("betum", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betum website at betum.bio — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, promotional offers, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the betum platform immediately and close your account. betum reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the betum platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

betum operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services, with a specific focus on the Bangladeshi market. All services are provided in English. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. betum is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all registered players.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the betum platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betum enforces a strict 18+ age restriction on all accounts without exception. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, wager, or receive any payment from betum.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits participation in online casino and sports betting services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of betum or any of its affiliated game studios, payment processors, or technology providers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from betum or had your betum account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. You must be wagering your own funds.

betum reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable identity documents for players in Bangladesh include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Age verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request. Where betum has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If verification confirms underage use, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration

To access any wagering service on betum, you must create a registered player account. Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) betum account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own identity or using a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your betum account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a valid betum login password. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate. betum is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betum login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. betum will never contact you requesting your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your betum account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betum support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

betum operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time betum deems appropriate. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours from request — may result in temporary restriction of your account's withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betum accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your betum account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing times. betum does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges that are outside betum's control.

Funds deposited into your betum account must be used for wagering on the betum platform. Depositing funds and then immediately requesting withdrawal without placing any bets — a practice known as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may trigger a review under betum's anti-money laundering policy. betum reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation in such circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within an average of 30 minutes of a verified withdrawal request. Bank transfers complete within 1 to 4 business hours. betum does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported method.

betum reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. This is a security measure designed to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any open bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on your account. betum reserves the right to apply additional review procedures for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a calendar month.

4.3 Currency

The primary transaction currency on betum is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are displayed in BDT. USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit. betum is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the BDT value of USDT deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

betum offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, and cashback programs. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page.

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to registered betum players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. betum reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your betum account at a time unless stated otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonus Abuse: betum defines bonus abuse as any strategy or pattern of play intended to exploit promotional offers unfairly, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free bets, collusion with other players, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. betum reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse is identified, and to close the relevant accounts.
• Promotional Changes: betum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonus wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will be given a reasonable period to complete their requirements.

betum's seasonal promotions — including BPL match-day bonus offers, Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free bet promotions, and Victory Day cashback offers — are governed by these general bonus terms in addition to any conditions specified in the relevant seasonal promotion announcement.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered betum player, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access any betum account other than your own.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with betum's games, betting markets, or bonus systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the betum platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploiting a known bug for financial gain will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sports events on which betum offers betting markets.
• Using the betum platform to launder money or to conduct any financial activity that would constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betum support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent betum's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by creating duplicate accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or assigning your betum account to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that, in betum's reasonable judgement, is harmful to the platform's reputation, integrity, or operational security.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by betum

betum reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if betum has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. In the event of account suspension pending investigation, betum will notify the affected player via their registered email address and will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your betum account at any time by contacting betum support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through their betum account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, betum will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the player. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betum's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the betum platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your betum account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the betum platform, even if betum has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betum does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betum will use reasonable endeavours to minimise platform downtime, particularly during live cricket matches and major sporting events, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside its control including ISP failures, network congestion, and maintenance requirements.

betum is not liable for any losses arising from: (a) your failure to secure your betum login credentials; (b) the unauthorised use of your account by a third party; (c) any delay or failure of a third-party payment provider including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the betum platform that cannot be resolved through betum's internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. betum will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
